Esri announces major license upgrade for colleges

David DiBiase, Esri Director of Education, announced major upgrades to the Esri site license agreement for colleges and universities today.  Esri is adding functionality to the educational license by allowing access to Community and Business Analyst extensions with Business Analyst Site Add-on license.  They are also adding several vertical market extensions, such as Defense, Aeronautical, and Nautical to the base license.
