EUROGEO and GeoTech Center become partner

"EUROGEO and GeoTech Center have signed early May 2020 a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a collaborative relationship between both organizations and to share the goal of promoting geographical education and spatial thinking, as well as supporting geographers in their careers. The GeoTech Center was created by the National Science Foundation’s Advanced Technological Education Program to promote geospatial education and career at the two-year college level. It is currently hosted by Jefferson Community and Technical College. GeoTech Center has developed The Geospatial Technology Competency Model, through a collaborative effort involving the Employment and Training Administration in the United States and geospatial industry experts. This document is the national reference for geospatial education and training, and it is currently used by EUROGEO for the project MYGEO, Geotools for modernization and youth employment." *
